1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Saturday availability required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required
Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata & social media a plus
Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
Key Responsibilities
Lease apartments and manage resident files
Tour and maintain model units
Provide excellent service to prospects and residents
Support marketing efforts and uphold Fair Housing standards
