The Real Estate Advisor – Commercial Properties represents clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. This role operates within a commission-based structure and provides the opportunity to build and manage a professional client portfolio with the support of an established brokerage team. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a client base within the Knoxville and East Tennessee markets Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities Manage property listings and marketing efforts using available technology and brokerage resources Negotiate transactions and guide clients through due diligence and closing processes Collaborate with other advisors and internal team members Qualifications
Active Tennessee Real Estate License (required) Prior sales or real estate experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a performance-based environment Organizational skills and professional follow-through What We Provide
