Director of Financial Reporting

Responsibilities
Lead preparation of financial statements and reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support external reporting requirements, including preparation of SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, along with related disclosures
Develop materials and insights for leadership, including management reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders
Oversee complex accounting areas by recording entries, performing reconciliations, and providing technical accounting guidance
Partner with auditors, stay current on evolving accounting standards, and contribute to process improvements and special projects
Qualifications
CPA
10+ years of experience, including experience at a large public accounting firm (Big 4, RSM, Grant Thornton, etc.)
Strong SEC experience
