Associate – Global Transaction Analytics

In this role, you will join the Global Transaction Analytics practice to deliver data analytics services that uncover actionable insights for private equity and corporate clients throughout the M&A lifecycle. Responsibilities
Assist with numerous client engagements Extract insights from data sets and trends by utilizing different tools and techniques Effectively facilitate day-to-day client interaction and relationships Work cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholders Counsel and mentor junior members of the team and continue to develop the team’s technical acumen Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services Buy‑side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization approaches Strong technical background with hands‑on data analytics experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), big data and machine learning concepts Ability to leverage business intelligence software Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a thorough yet concise manner Exceptional project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work as both a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor Ability to thrive and be effective in fast‑paced settings Benefits
The base salary is $100,000 annually, subject to variables such as education, experience, skills and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program, 401(k) retirement savings plan with discretionary employer match, healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D and disability coverage, paid time off including vacation, personal days, sick time (prorated for part‑time), federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
