What You’ll Do
Connect with business owners and decision makers
Learn how to prospect and develop commercial insurance opportunities
Gain experience assessing business risks and exposures
Support senior producers in designing customized insurance solutions
Assist with presentations, proposals, and carrier communication
Develop sales skills and product knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Curiosity, coachability, and a strong work ethic
College graduates and career changers encouraged to apply
Willingness to obtain an insurance license
