Your Role
As a
Licensed P&C Insurance Agent , you will: Sell auto and property insurance to new and existing members Deliver accurate quotes, explain coverage options, and recommend the best solutions Make inbound and outbound calls, converting warm and cold leads into loyal customers Build rapport, overcome objections, and close policies while staying fully compliant with Florida insurance regulations Collaborate with Marketing, Member Support, and New Enrollments teams to maximize leads Track your results against KPIs like quote-to-close ratio, revenue per policy, and lead conversion Training and support for your 2-20 license is provided if needed. What We’re Looking For
Required
Active 4-40 License 1–2 years of P&C insurance, call center, or financial services sales experience Consultative selling skills and strong communication abilities Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting platforms, and MS Office Thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced, and results-driven environment Preferred
Experience selling auto or home insurance Bilingual (English/Spanish) Background in FinTech, insurance agencies, or high-performing call centers Why You’ll Love Working Here
