About the Job At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow." Our Interaction Designers transform complex tasks into intuitive, easy‑to‑use experiences for billions of people. From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel. You will join our multi‑disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry‑leading products.
As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user‑centered design methods to craft industry‑leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
As a part of Google’s Finance Procurement organization, you will serve as an AI‑specialized Product Designer, catalyzing transformation and driving fundamental shifts in internal operations, accelerating business outcomes by evolving manual processes into growth engine. As part of Google's broader shift from volume management to "Intelligent Orchestration," anchored in event‑driven architecture and a "Digital Workforce" of AI agents, you will bring equal parts imagination and technical expertise to utilize Google’s pioneering AI and Cloud capabilities defining cohesive, agentic experiences across the purchase journey and transforming manual workflows into invisible, sometimes fully autonomous, systems.
As a part of this role, you will resolve systemic ambiguity and migrate portfolios from fragmented tools to a unified, autonomous enterprise ecosystem. You will align executive leadership around long‑term, user‑centered strategies, scaling impact across mission‑critical corporate functions where operational velocity meets corporate integrity.
