Client Engagement Executive

FHR Solutions has been engaged by a medical device innovator in the Seattle, WA area to support their search for a key role in their client engagement team.
The Client Engagement Executive is a key member of a team that is breaking ground with a unique medical company leading innovation in the areas of Product Development, Product Management & Commercialization. The role is to develop long term relationships and driving a culture of collaboration with key stakeholders for MultiCare Health Systems. Will serve as the on-site ambassador to source commercialization opportunities, acting as the conduit to promote new medical products from concept to market.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as principal catalyst at MultiCare to create, support and sustain a culture of innovation and to transform healthcare through collaboration.
Cultivate and nurture productive relationships with executives and key stakeholders and integrate into the fabric of the MultiCare community.
Collaborate with clinicians to define/refine problem statements, understand unmet needs, and align solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Conduct early-stage market assessments to evaluate opportunity viability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
What We’re Looking For: Must-have:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, MS or related).
8+ years working in healthcare, biotech or medical device innovation.
Experience in client engagement, account management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills and experience with instigating initial outreach dialogue with new stakeholders on early product concepts.
Ability to understand and explain complex solutions clearly.
Nice-to-have:
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance, or digital health technologies.
Commercial awareness with a consultative approach.
