Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grill and Sauté Lead located in Troy, OH. The Grill and Sauté Lead will oversee and execute food preparation on the grill and sauté stations while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, executing recipes accurately, managing station efficiency, adhering to safety protocols, and working in coordination with the kitchen team. Candidates will also troubleshoot issues, support team members as necessary, and ensure that all food is delivered on time for guest orders.
Responsibilities:
Prepare all served food on grill side
Breaking down and cleaning assorted meats
Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
Follow standardized recipes
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Daily cleaning duties
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in teams
Must have a positive and respectful attitude
