The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Sleep and Respiratory Sales to lead and drive revenue growth in this critical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring the efficient conversion of referrals into billable orders. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in exceeding revenue targets, strong customer focus, and experience in expanding the customer base. The SVP will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability and high performance, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 15 years of progressive sales experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands an individual with exceptional leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as advanced negotiating abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic vision, be a decisive problem solver, and possess impeccable judgment in fast-paced settings. Technical proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM and sales analytics is essential. The SVP must be results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement, and be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
