Senior Designer
to support design leadership on meaningful
K-12 / K-14
projects. This is a strong opportunity for a design-driven architect with experience in
California educational architecture , strong presentation ability, and the ability to help guide projects from early concept through design development in coordination with internal teams, consultants, and clients. What You’ll Do
Support design direction on educational facility projects Contribute to programming, planning, and concept development Prepare and communicate design ideas through graphics, presentations, and visual materials Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and leadership throughout design phases Participate in client and stakeholder presentations Support design quality and consistency across projects Help align design intent with project requirements, schedules, and standards What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 5+ years of architectural design experience preferred Direct experience on
K-12, K-14, or educational facilities projects Strong design sensibility and presentation ability California architecture experience strongly preferred DSA experience strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Why This Role Stands Out
