Subcontracts Specialist (Open)
Location: Phoenix, AZ - 51st Ave - Carrier gases - On‑site - TSMC

Efficiently and effectively manage the procurement process for all project‑related goods and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance with procurement policies and regulations, to contribute to the successful execution of projects and the overall success of the organization.
Main Accountabilities
Provide strategic guidance for all procurement/logistics activities related to the CAPEX portfolio of projects, in alignment with business requirements, while ensuring excellent total cost of ownership.
Harmonize and consolidate key performance indicators (qualitative and quantitative metrics) to capture, share insights and evaluate the benefit and performance of procurement activities.
Serve as the champion for procurement performance related to the portfolio managed under the project.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in procurement, project procurement, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and suppliers.
