About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP Strategic Partners & Channels - North America to spearhead the development of a high-impact ecosystem of technology alliances and channel partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing strategic relationships with global networking and cybersecurity vendors, positioning the company as a complementary solution, and driving co-selling initiatives. This role demands a hands-on approach to business development, including the identification of joint opportunities and the management of the partner pipeline. Key responsibilities also include building and scaling a network of channel partners, developing enablement materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partner strategy.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel development within the networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure markets. A proven track record of working with major networking vendors or ecosystem partners is essential, as is a strong understanding of enterprise networking, security infrastructure, or observability platforms. The role requires established relationships within vendor partner organizations and experience in building channel programs and partner enablement frameworks. Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills are a must, with a preference for candidates who have experience with international startups and a background in network infrastructure, AIOps, or monitoring technologies.
