
Global Client Solutions - Sales Strategy Analyst/Associate

Position Summary
The Global Sales Enablement team is seeking an Analyst/Associate to support and evolve data‑driven solutions within our KCS (KKR Client Solutions) and Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) business. This role is designed for an experienced analytics professional who can work independently on defined initiatives, contribute ideas, and support senior leadership with insights that inform business decisions. The Associate will help maintain core analytics products, support how data is used across GWS, and contribute to data‑informed decision‑making that improves sales strategy, productivity, and business outcomes. Experience supporting asset management distribution and Alternative Investments is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Product leadership to deliver analytics and insights that inform strategy and key business decisions
Support the translation of analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness
Build, maintain, and enhance core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business
Analyze business questions and opportunities, developing data‑driven insights in collaboration with senior team members
Deliver sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives
Qualifications
2‑4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, preferably in asset management or financial services
Ability to manage work independently with guidance and oversight from senior team members
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel) with experience working with large, complex datasets
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and asset management distribution data
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience
Salary This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston‑based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$110,000—$170,000 USD
