Customer Service Account Representative

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medley, FL, for a Customer Service Account Representative. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving service-related issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and the ability to address client needs effectively.

Experience working as a Customer Service Representative and in Account Management roles is preferred.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.

Proficient in basic computer applications and software, with an ability to learn new systems quickly.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or related fields are a plus.

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an advantage.
