About the role The Service Offering Lifecycle Manager is responsible for maintaining a clear, accurate and actionable global services catalogue and governing the lifecycle of service offerings across Exclusive Networks' Services organization. The role ensures that services are consistently defined, that internal capabilities are understood, and that new or changed offerings are effectively launched, communicated and integrated into core business systems. This role reports into the Global Director of Service Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Global services catalogue management

Own, maintain and continuously improve the global services catalogue, covering both Group and locally delivered services.

Capture and update service descriptions, scope, prerequisites, delivery models and target customers in a structured and consistent way.

Map services to internal capabilities and skillsets required for delivery.

Service offering lifecycle governance

Define and manage requirements and checkpoints for launching, changing, and sunsetting service offerings (from idea to retirement).

Coordinate with service line leaders, regional and local stakeholders to ensure lifecycle decisions are documented and approved.

Maintain visibility of pipeline, active and retired services.

Communication and enablement

Develop and execute communication plans to share catalogue updates, new offerings and lifecycle changes with all relevant stakeholders (Sales, Pre‑Sales, Services, Operations, Finance).

Create clear guidance, FAQs and simple documentation on how to use and maintain the catalogue and lifecycle processes.

Support training and onboarding of internal teams on catalogue structures and lifecycle standards.

Systems and data integration

Ensure that the services catalogue and lifecycle data are accurately reflected in ERP, CRM and related systems (e.g. SKUs, project codes, reporting structures).

Work with IT, Finance and Data/BI teams to keep catalogue‑related data models and interfaces consistent.

Contribute to improvements in reporting and analytics around service offerings (e.g. adoption, performance, profitability).

Qualifications and Experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, such as Service Catalog Manager, Service Portfolio Manager, Service Offering Manager or comparable IT / services product management role.

Proven track record managing structured catalogues or portfolios of services or products in a B2B technology, IT services or related environment.

Skills & Competencies

English language skills at C1 level (spoken and written); able to work and present comfortably in an international environment.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking; able to structure complex information and translate it into clear, usable catalogues and processes.

Solid understanding of IT/service management concepts (e.g. ITIL service catalogue / service portfolio is a strong plus).

Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. mapping offerings to SKUs/project codes, supporting reporting).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable collaborating across functions and countries.

Organized, detail‑oriented and self‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests in parallel.

Work Setup

Remote position based in Europe, within CET ± 3 hours for effective collaboration with global and regional teams.

Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, workshops and key events.
