About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Account Management to take on a pivotal role as the strategic leader for a dedicated portfolio of K-12 school districts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable renewal outcomes, ensuring the health of long-term partnerships, and achieving top-tier gross and net revenue retention. This includes owning and executing renewal strategies, managing risk, and building executive relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector. The RVP will also be tasked with demonstrating the value of the company's solutions, identifying expansion opportunities, and leading a team of account managers to meet renewal goals.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in account management or customer success, with a proven track record in managing and growing a multi-million-dollar renewal book, preferably in a SaaS environment. A deep understanding of K-12 funding cycles and decision-making processes is essential, as is exceptional executive presence and the ability to engage with C-suite audiences. The role requires experience in leading and developing account management teams, as well as a regional educator network at the leadership level. The ideal candidate will be adept at synthesizing customer feedback to drive internal improvements and be willing to travel extensively within the designated territory.
