Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a Mid‑Level Transactions Associate (4‑6 years experience) to join the Transactions Practice Group in one of our Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Salt Lake City, or Washington, DC offices. Responsibilities
Lead U.S. and cross‑border M&A transactions with limited supervision. Draft and review transaction documents and related corporate matters. Coordinate deal activities alongside partners, senior associates, and clients. Manage post‑closing work and maintain client relationships. Qualifications
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school; active in good standing on the bar where admitted. 4–6 years of relevant experience representing clients in private‑equity M&A, mid‑market M&A, venture financing, securities, general corporate governance, and related commercial transactions. Strong drafting and communication skills; business‑development aptitude; excellent interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic. Compensation
Salary range: $290,000 – $390,000. Pay determined by education, experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits
