Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Lansing, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business insurance clients by providing proactive service, handling policy renewals and changes, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring clients receive accurate coverage guidance and timely support throughout the insurance lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage, including policy analysis and tailored solutions
Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset
Familiarity with Employee Benefits and understanding of related insurance offerings
Knowledge of Insurance industry standards, regulations, and practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Insurance licensing or certifications (preferred but not required)
