Required Education & Certifications (Mandatory) •

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or related field

AND

10+ years of experience in B2B account management / client service / sales within healthcare or health-related industry

Strong experience in B2B Account Management / Client Relationship Management

Experience developing client retention, renewal, and growth strategies

( REQUIRED ) •

Experience in cross-selling and up-selling strategies

Experience with proposal development and contract negotiation

( REQUIRED ) •

Strong project management and workflow management experience

( REQUIRED ) •

Experience managing large and complex client accounts

( REQUIRED ) •

Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentations, stakeholder management)

( REQUIRED ) •

Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and timelines effectively

Experience within healthcare / health insurance / health-related industry

Preferred Skills & Experience • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or Healthcare • Experience in health promotion or health insurance industry • Experience with digital/online health content or electronic publishing • Strong understanding of advertising, syndication, and healthcare content strategies

Job Description / Project The Sr. Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal marketing teams, ensuring successful delivery of services, long-term client satisfaction, and business growth. Key responsibilities include: • Managing

end-to-end client relationships

and acting as the main point of contact • Developing and executing

client retention, renewal, and growth strategies • Supporting

sales and partnership teams

in prospecting and contract negotiations • Leading

proposal development (RFPs)

and client presentations • Overseeing

account operations and ensuring contractual deliverables are met • Driving

project planning, workflow management, and execution timelines • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure

quality and brand compliance • Managing

multiple large-scale client accounts across industries • Monitoring

market trends in healthcare, insurance, and digital marketing • Ensuring

client satisfaction and long-term engagement
