Job Description At CVS Health, we are committed to helping people on their path to better health. As a Caremark Forecasting Service (CFS) Business Product Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care and support to our customers, patients, and communities.

CVS Caremark Leadership has tasked leaders from across the company to execute on a robust initiative, Connected PBM Ecosystem, which aims to transform how we operate while solving for financial leakage. Each of the seven workstreams within the initiative tackle a different problem area that has caused significant leakage. This role is to be a Business Product Manager for the CFS. CFS will be a single service that allows all areas of the company to forecast rebates using the same data, assumptions, and methodologies. This service will leverage all SSOTs generated within the Connected PBM Ecosystem (Rebate Rate SSOT, Assumptions SSOT, Client Commitment SSOT) along with already established SSOTs like RulesHub. We have five end users: Underwriting (UW), Financial Change Order (FCO), Finance/FP&A, Custom Formulary Consultants (CFC), and Trade.

What You Will Do

Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business partners to build a first-in-class service for our end users

Work with our end users:

During the product roadmap to ensure that all parties are updated and engaged in the service’s development

Following the build to aid in creating a smooth adoption process and provide exceptional product support

Design technical solutions for actuarial/forecasting issues and concerns

Aid in the organization and coordination of internal deliverables to ensure that Executive sponsors are bought in and that our work aligns with the needs and direction of our business

Required Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data-driven products or tools

Preferred Qualifications

PBM Experience

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills

Hands‑on experience managing cross‑functional teams, and executing product roadmaps

Competence in writing/managing product requirements and roadmaps

Post‑launch product support experience

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional work experience required

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $67,900.00 - $182,549.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
