Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. You will also ensure that intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs, while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas. Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish SOF unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and provide all-source analytic support to CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, TCO, SIA, CWMD, crisis response operations and missions. Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques and tools, producing high-quality technical and non-technical intelligence products, and delivering formal or informal briefings as required. May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours. Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty or combat zones. Enforce requirements and provide leadership to the team of intelligence analysts. Ensure quality control of products and provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight. Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet customer requirements. Interface with other intelligence organizations to prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel and support targeting efforts and threat analysis (CT, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI). Assist in directing requirements, focusing the team, and ensuring quality control of products. Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle. Qualifications
Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level. Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI. Benefits
