Fulfillment Lead – Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Evans Rd., Cary, NC
About the Role Millennium Print Group (MPG) is hiring two Fulfillment Leads to support our high‑volume manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Lead, Fulfillment Lead, Production Lead, or Shipping & Receiving Lead who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will provide hands‑on leadership on the floor, ensuring products move efficiently through picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Schedule: 12‑hour Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 2‑2‑3 rotation (every other weekend)
Pay & Benefits: Above‑market hourly pay + annual bonus + full benefits + 401(k) match up to 6% (immediately vested)
Location: Cary, North Carolina
What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily fulfillment, warehouse, and production floor operations
Oversee shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order processing activities
Ensure accurate and timely movement of products through the distribution and fulfillment process
Monitor workflow, productivity, and output in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
Communicate priorities, updates, and issues with supervisors and cross‑functional teams
Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material flow
Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coordination
Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate as needed
Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
Complete required documentation and system entries (WMS/MIS)
What You’ll Bring Experience
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Experience as a Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor (preferred)
Experience in high‑volume production or distribution settings
Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS), inventory systems, or ERP platforms
Ability to lead by example and drive team performance
Basic math and computer skills
Preferred
Experience in an ISO‑certified or quality‑driven manufacturing environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Deliver Results: Keep operations running smoothly by meeting daily production, shipping, and accuracy targets in a high‑volume environment
Lead from the Floor: Be a visible, hands‑on leader who supports the team, removes barriers, and drives accountability
Prioritize Safety & Quality: Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations across fulfillment and distribution processes
Communicate Effectively: Keep leadership and team members informed of priorities, issues, and performance
Stay Organized & Adaptable: Manage changing priorities, production demands, and workflow adjustments with a sense of urgency
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall operation
