Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in business, Go‑To‑Market, or commercialization related functions.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience with Ads measurement or Attribution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading operational/strategic initiatives and change management.
Experience designing/implementing product and sales GTM strategies.
Experience in digital advertisement strategy (e.g., agency or industry) and connecting formats, audiences, and channels through data.
Experience with engaged incrementality providers.
Knowledge of digital media measurement (e.g., third‑party measurement capabilities, MMM, Media Effectiveness measurement solutions, Incrementality).
Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $153,000–$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Inform global commercial strategy for Incrementality (e.g., develop commercialization plan, define advertiser/agency segments, set sales activation goals, and build business cases) and support global sales teams through training, materials, and incentives.
Partner with 3PM (Third‑Party Markets) Product Sales and Activation (PSA) leadership to develop Google Customer Solutions (GCS) third‑party strategies for partners.
Partner with regional sales and GTM stakeholders to identify regional needs and develop insights to inform commercial/product strategies.
Empower measurement specialists to deploy complex incrementality motions in market by delivering and assisting in developing incrementality trainings.
Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the measurement needs of GCS customers.
