A leading media and advertising organization is seeking a
Political Sales Support Specialist
to support a high-performing Political Sales team during a critical election cycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has a strong attention to detail—especially in compliance-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal compliance and QA teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
Act as a liaison between sales, compliance, and cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues
Generate and maintain political revenue reporting for sales leadership
Review reports for discrepancies and proactively resolve data inconsistencies
Manage ad copy compliance requirements and communicate necessary updates to sales teams
Support the creation of presentations, reporting materials, and special projects
Provide pre- and post-sales support across internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
1-2+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, or data/reporting roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience working with data, reporting, or CRM systems is a plus
