Position Title: HR Business Partner
Assignment Duration: 12 Months

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, supporting the effective implementation of HR programs and talent processes. • Collaborate with HR Practice Centers to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. • Work with the division Talent Development organization to deliver development programs, including succession planning and leadership development. • Partner with Compensation on annual planning and provide guidance on market competitiveness and internal equity. • Support onboarding programs across functions and the division. • Coach and advise managers on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters. • Guide leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and performance assessments. • Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and transition support. • Analyze engagement survey results (Your Voice Counts) and partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement. • Use internal and external HR metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organization. • Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Solid knowledge of HR best practices. • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
