Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior GenAI Architect with 6–10 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions while managing projects and teams. This role requires strong expertise in Generative AI technologies, combined with proven project management and people leadership skills. You will be responsible for shaping AI strategy, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-grade AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end AI projects from research and prototyping to deployment in production environments, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline
Manage engineers, data scientists to build high-performing teams
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive AI adoption
Oversee MLOps pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and model lifecycle management
Ensure compliance, ethical AI practices, and clear communication of AI concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
6–10 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in Generative AI.
Strong expertise in LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated experience in project management (Agile, Scrum) and people management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
