You are highly organized, with experience managing e‑commerce email programs and you have a deep understanding of email and SMS best practices. A Day In The Life
This role focuses on US email and SMS marketing, with a primary focus on broadcast marketing. You’ll be responsible for the successful strategic planning, management, and reporting of marketing messages, aligning calendars with stakeholders, and keeping us at the forefront of email trends and new capabilities within our ESP. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities Also Include
Creating our broadcast email and SMS roadmap based on performance trends, learnings, key business launches, and our planned revenue forecast.
Building and executing test plans.
Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure email and SMS strategy aligns with overall business objectives and timelines.
Synthesizing and distributing key learnings and presenting regularly to a wide range of stakeholders (incl. senior leadership) to help shape our strategy and foster a customer‑centric mindset across the organization.
Staying abreast of industry trends and learnings to shape potential marketing opportunities.
To Land This Role
Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of 10 years of experience in email marketing and CRM.
Understanding and interest for the fashion/luxury industry (key players, trends) – experience working for a fashion company/client is a plus.
Proven analytical skills and a data‑first mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and test results to determine learnings and recommended strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, and proficiency in juggling multiple projects at a given time.
Strong communication skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships and influence internal cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners to achieve team goals.
Strategic self‑starter who can both frame email strategy and actively engage in hands‑on execution.
Experience utilizing reporting platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau for data analysis.
High degree of proficiency with ESPs.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 120,000 – 165,000 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
