Email Marketing Coordinator - 6 month Contract

Email and SMS Marketing Support We are seeking a creative, collaborative and detail-oriented individual to support our email and SMS marketing efforts. This individual would report to the Senior Specialist of Email Campaigns. This is a contract role for up to six months, with the expectation of being in the office three days per week. Responsibilities Support the implementation of personalization and dynamic content across national email and SMS campaigns Build and deploy automated customer journey campaigns and relevant triggers targeting key moments in the customer lifecycle Build and maintain audience segmentation for targeted email and SMS campaigns Support the build and deployment of national email and SMS campaigns, working in conjunction with product marketing, graphic design, and creative copywriting teams Execute A/B tests to optimize performance and improve key metrics Qualifications Bachelors degree 1 to 3 years of related work experience, includes internships Previous email marketing experience and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Marigold / Cheetah Digital experience highly valued) Interest in email campaign creation and design, product marketing, and customer retention Previous experience with LiveClicker, Movable Ink or similar platform highly valued Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace products Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong ability to listen to feedback and adapt Excellent written and verbal communication skills Manage time effectively and exhibit a strong ability to multitask Solution-oriented, process-driven and detail-oriented Benefits 401(k) with 4% Company Match: Available to employees aged 21+ at company-owned stores.
