Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development. The Regional Business Development Manager will primarily be responsible for assisting the firm’s leader of strategic real estate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the firm’s business strategy to develop opportunities for implementing the company’s technology ecosystem solution with smaller real‑estate owners.
Source opportunities through relationships, research, and network.
Manage the sales process from identification through closing, including preparing documentation for meetings, client follow‑up, and contract documentation.
Maintain multiple relationships with property owners, asset managers, property managers, and center managers.
Own and control the sales process for Reimagined Parking’s solutions within a specific territory, engaging and managing internal/external stakeholders and maintaining sales momentum towards closing deals.
Maintain a detailed pipeline of activity for management to track work in progress, including client, location, site size, revenue, EBITDA, and gross margin.
Prepare summaries prior to client meetings, including client background, site overview, opportunities for Reimagined Parking, and expectations.
Write up and circulate notes on meetings with prospective sites and clients.
Manage the contract negotiation process for new site acquisition.
Understand site‑level performance for individual sites.
Complete internal information requests from other departments, including operations.
Travel from place to place as required.
Work on special projects determined by the head of strategic real‑estate partnership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in a prospecting‑driven, metrics‑based environment—preferably in the parking industry or related fields such as security or building services.
Demonstrated success in following a structured sales process and consistently closing deals.
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth B2B environments, ideally involving disruptive or innovative solutions.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to diagnose complex client needs and deliver strategic, value‑driven solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Resilient, creative, and tenacious in pursuing new business opportunities.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit.
Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
