In this impactful role, you will lead the execution of in-store marketing initiatives and events, ensuring every element is meticulously executed and resonates powerfully with consumers. Your work will directly contribute to elevating the in-store experience, making a tangible difference in how people connect with and perceive a leading retail presence. Responsibilities Lead the execution and optimization of innovative pilot experiences within retail locations. Oversee in-store marketing initiatives and events from conception to completion. Ensure all elements of retail experiences are well-executed, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals. Contribute to transforming retail spaces into engaging and valued destinations for customers and communities. Collaborate to drive stronger customer engagement, business growth, and sustained value through enhanced in-store experiences. Qualifications 3+ years of marketing or store operations experience with strong retail and consumer insights. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dynamic retail environments and navigating complex, matrixed organizations. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $40.50 an hour.
