Strategic Marketing & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to execute integrated, data-driven campaigns that drive cup growth, manage the annual marketing calendar, and maximize ROI across digital and community channels.
Product & Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with R&D, Finance, and Operations to lead product innovation from pilot to rollout, ensuring all initiatives are operationally feasible and aligned with broader business goals.
Digital & AI Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance personalization, automate content strategies, and improve guest retention through predictive analytics.
Director Of Marketing Requirements:
Proven Marketing Leadership: Requires 4+ years of progressive experience in food & beverage or hospitality with a demonstrated ability to scale brands and translate high-level vision into results-driven campaigns.
Technical & Digital Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing omnichannel strategies, including digital marketing, social media, CRM platforms, and loyalty programs to map and enhance the customer journey.
