Base Pay Range
$52,000 - $56,000
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst will support Anodyne’s growth strategy across both consumer and B2B channels. This includes active participation in all initiatives to drive direct-to-consumer revenue while also building digital and offline marketing programs that generate new provider and referral leads.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will support eCommerce, paid media, brand storytelling, lifecycle marketing, affiliate partnerships, B2B lead generation, and website marketing.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Growth & eCommerce
Track performance against revenue targets for Anodyne’s direct-to-consumer business.
Management of the eCommerce website: UX, merchandising, SEO, and CRO testing.
Optimize the customer journey from acquisition through conversion and retention.
Paid Media & Acquisition Marketing
Generate reports for paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Explore video (YouTube, OTT/CTV), podcasts, and emerging mediums to diversify reach.
Brand, Content & Storytelling
Strengthen Anodyne’s consumer-facing and provider-facing brand presence.
Develop and project manage copywriting, photography, video production, and storytelling content.
Manage ongoing blog and resource hub content for SEO and engagement.
Ensure brand voice and design are consistent across all platforms.
Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing
Build out email and SMS campaigns for both consumers (patients/caregivers) and providers.
Build automated lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment, reorder reminders, provider education).
Leverage CRM and marketing automation to drive repeat purchases and referrals.
Develop landing page campaigns tailored for DPMs, O&P clinics, and other provider types.
Segment and manage provider-focused email campaigns for outreach, education, and re-engagement.
Help coordinate the creation of provider-facing print collateral, including brochures, and product sell sheets.
Build digital lead-generation funnels that capture and qualify new provider leads.
Qualifications
Experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliate programs, lifecycle marketing, and budgeting.
Strong copywriting ability and creative storytelling experience.
Familiarity with video, podcast, and emerging advertising channels.
Experience overseeing B2B digital campaigns and provider-focused collateral.
