About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Partner Marketing Lead to scale our global partner marketing programs across the B2C and B2B growth partnership ecosystem. You will work closely with product growth partnerships, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs that accelerate awareness, adoption, and revenue through our partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own and scale global partner marketing strategy , designing and leading effective and scalable co-marketing programs that drive measurable growth through partners. Serve as the lead marketing counterpart to strategic partners and act as the trusted functional advisor and primary liaison across internal stakeholders including product growth partnerships, creative teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Support partnerships pre-deal , influencing marketing commitments, and joint value propositions; lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for key partnerships. Define and operationalize performance frameworks , setting clear KPIs, delivering executive-level insights, and continuously optimizing programs to maximize impact, efficiency, and ROI. Build and scale a best-in‑class partner marketing function , defining how partner marketing operates at OpenAI globally. This includes shaping the vision, operating model, and standards for the function that support a rapidly growing partner ecosystem. Lead global‑to‑local execution , ensuring campaigns are effectively adapted across regions and markets while maintaining strategic consistency and brand integrity. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, co‑marketing, or related roles. Proven track record building and scaling partner marketing programs globally. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. Experience working cross‑functionally (product, growth, sales, marketing) in fast moving environments. Data‑driven mindset; comfortable defining and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, making recommendations. Comfortable managing multiple geographies and market nuances. Ability to be hands‑on: conceptualize campaigns, build assets, drive to execution. Strong project management and organizational skills. People management experience.
