We are currently seeking a creative, collaborative and energetic team member to help elevate our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings marketing experience, preferably within a credit union or similar financial environment, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact.

The actual base pay offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill, relevant experience, and work location.
Establish and maintain a strong presence within the community through partnerships, outreach and local initiatives
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and in‑branch channels
Create compelling content including emails, social posts, blog articles, landing pages, and promotional materials
Coordinate product and service promotions (loans, savings, credit cards, mortgages, etc.)
Manage and update website content; optimize user experience and conversion rates
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations
Support brand consistency across all marketing materials and member touchpoints
Collaborate with internal teams (lending, retail, compliance) to align messaging and timelines
Assist with community outreach, events, and sponsorships to strengthen local presence
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with financial regulations and internal policies
Understand client segments, profile and motivators while comparing findings to competition and market needs.
Oversee social media platforms to assist with managing interactions, comments and posts.
Communicate with vendors to maintain relationships and solve issues.
Perform other duties as needed.
Responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as credit union policies and procedures.
Responsible for completion of all required compliance training, as well as completion of ongoing compliance training which may be assigned throughout the year.

Abide by all federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to: The Bank Secrecy Act, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN); Uniform Commercial Code (UCC); Federal Reserve Bank; and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or can be of a personal or sensitive nature. Outside contacts are important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) is necessary.
Demonstrated strategic and creative vision with the ability to identify and prioritize objectives.
Demonstrate a high level of inventiveness and organization in planning and supporting community and professional events
Other Skills
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Familiarity with and ability to edit and design website using WordPress
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS, social media management tools)
Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign reporting
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Graphic design or basic HTML/CSS skills
Understanding of compliance requirements in financial marketing (e.g., Truth in Lending)
Strong analytical skills
