Marketing Intern

Riley AI, San Francisco, CA, United States

Marketing Intern Riley is the enterprise intelligence engine that tells companies what to do next. Our Customer Data Orchestration System (CDOS) unifies every customer signalproduct usage, support conversations, research insights, revenue data, competitive intelligence, and moreinto a clean, context-rich layer. On top of CDOS, Riley's Adaptive Intelligence Engine analyzes patterns, surfaces risks and opportunities, and recommends the highest-impact actions to drive growth and retention. Instead of dashboards, teams get decisions: what to build, where revenue is leaking, and what's changing in their market. We work with mid-market and enterprise companies that want to turn their data into action, not noise. Be part of a small and tight knit team that thinks in first principles and loves to build and learn quickly while having fun! Benefits include: competitive salary, healthcare coverage, real equity ownership, and a wellness budget you'll actually use - from marathon shoes and cold plunges to massages, matcha subscriptions, mechanical keyboards, or whatever keeps you feeling like your best self. What You'll Do at Riley Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc. that reflects our brand and voice. Create marketing collateral and product visuals everything from sales decks, event assets, and one-pagers to product imagery, demo screenshots, and lightweight design work. Support website and campaign updates: Help update our website, landing pages, email campaigns, and ads with new content and visuals. Work closely with the founders and GTM team to test new ideas, track engagement, and refine what resonates with our audience. About You You're creative, detail-oriented, and love turning complex ideas into content people actually want to read or share. You have a strong aesthetic eye, whether it's in Figma, Canva, or video editing tools and care about making things look clean, modern, and intentional. You're curious about startups, AI, or product/tech, and you're not afraid to experiment, learn fast, and ask good questions. You can write clearly and confidently, whether it's a tweet, a product blurb, a caption, or an event invite. Bonus if you've run a personal brand, student org marketing, or created content on social media before (even if it's just for fun).
