Director, Integrated Marketing In this role, you will define and drive the integrated marketing strategy that shapes how the organization is perceived in the market and how that presence converts into measurable business outcomes. You will lead across brand campaigns, demand generation, digital marketing, SEO/AEO, social, and events, ensuring each channel plays a clear and intentional role in the buyer journey. Working closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales, you will ensure consistent messaging and strong market positioning across all touchpoints. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role focused on both brand equity and pipeline impact in a fast-moving, enterprise-focused environment. You will also build scalable programs that connect awareness to conversion and strengthen long-term customer and partner engagement. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution in a dynamic, AI-enabled marketing organization.
Accountabilities:
You will own the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across brand, demand generation, digital channels, SEO/AEO, social media, and events, with a focus on measurable business impact. You will develop and execute campaigns that elevate brand awareness while directly contributing to pipeline growth and sales enablement. You will collaborate closely with Creative teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all external touchpoints, strengthening credibility with enterprise buyers. You will build and optimize demand generation programs that move prospects through the funnel and support Sales with qualified opportunities. You will oversee paid and organic digital performance, SEO strategy, and experiential marketing initiatives designed to increase visibility and engagement. You will also establish performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and continuous optimization practices to ensure accountability and scalable growth.
Requirements: You bring strong experience in integrated marketing leadership, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or insurtech environments, with a proven track record of driving both brand and demand outcomes. You have deep expertise across brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and events, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. You are highly data-driven, using performance insights to guide decisions and optimize marketing investments. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, partnering effectively with Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align messaging and execution. You demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. You also bring excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a builder mindset, with the ability to create structure and clarity in evolving organizations.
