Key Responsibilities This is a high-impact role built for someone who combines market expertise with a sharp sales mindset. You'll work cross-functionally to accelerate results, lead with insight, and grow share in one of the most critical verticals of our business. Lead the development and execution of a national sales strategy for the Microelectronics vertical, with a hyper focus on semiconductor and data center. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Identify high-growth opportunities through market research and data-driven insights. Partner closely with regional sales teams, national accounts, and strategic vendors to align on goals and execution. Build and maintain strategic account plans for top-tier customers. Promote the One Hipco value proposition across all touchpoints to drive consistency and differentiation. Coach and influence regional leaders to adopt and deliver vertical sales initiatives. Support the adoption of our eCommerce platform as a key customer tool. Manage KPIs related to market share, customer acquisition, and product penetration. Maintain clean, accurate reporting through our CRM and analytics tools (Power BI, etc.). What You Bring to the Table Proven track record in business development and sales leadership, especially in vertical/strategic selling. Strong knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductor, or data center markets. Experience managing large, complex customers and developing account strategy. Excellent communication and influence skills across departments and stakeholder groups. High learning agility and a self-starter mindsetready to take ownership and deliver results. Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, Power BI, and basic inventory/order software. Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization and collaborate across functions.
