The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Support & Growth Specialist who possesses a unique blend of empathy and technical acumen. You will be the primary point of contact for our users while simultaneously assisting our marketing team in optimizing our digital presence through strategic SEO initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM platforms.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content updates to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • User Advocacy: Analyze customer feedback trends to provide actionable insights for our product and marketing development teams.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and maintain our brand’s digital footprint across various platforms to ensure a positive user sentiment.


What We’re Looking For

  • Professionalism: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Digital Marketing.
  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (Keywords, SERPs, Meta-tags) and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console or Ahrefs/Semrush.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Problem Solver: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle complex technical queries while maintaining a calm demeanor.
