Entry Level Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a motivated Entry Level Marketing Specialist to support in-store marketing campaigns and drive sales performance. This is a customer-facing, entry-level role with paid training and opportunities for growth.

**This position is completely on-site, and in person role at our office in Hartford, CT**

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers and promote products, services, and offers
• Support retail marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently
• Assist with the sales process and customer experience
• Work with the team to meet performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and retail
• Positive, goal-driven attitude
• Retail or sales experience is a plus, not required
