Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, MobileConnect)
- Develop automated journeys, triggered communications, and campaign workflows
- Work with AMPscript for dynamic content and SQL for segmentation
- Support SMS campaigns including opt-in/opt-out and compliance
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce and other systems
- Troubleshoot campaign and data-related issues
