Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 3-month contract (potential extension/conversion)

Pay: $35/hr (W2, no benefits)


About the Role

Seeking an experienced marketing professional to support the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns for a leading media/entertainment environment. This role focuses on campaign coordination, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end marketing campaigns and timelines
  • Coordinate creative assets, media requirements, and approvals
  • Handle asset trafficking, campaign materials, and status reporting
  • Develop presentations and marketing collateral (PowerPoint-heavy)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, PR, media)
  • Support agency/vendor coordination and budget tracking

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years in marketing campaign execution / project coordination
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns and multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Nice to Have

  • Agency or entertainment/media experience
  • Event or campaign activation experience
  • Basic design/Photoshop skills
  • Budget or vendor management exposure

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
