Position Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Florham Park, NJ

Reports To: Firm Leadership


Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting Northeast Private Client Group’s growth, brand presence, and client engagement initiatives. This individual will help execute marketing programs, coordinate client-facing events, and ensure the firm’s communications and materials consistently reflect a high professional standard.

This role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of marketing initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and advisors to support business development efforts while helping strengthen marketing processes and execution across the organization.

We're looking for an organized, proactive team member who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on delivering high-quality results and supporting the firm's continued growth.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Brand Execution

•        Maintain brand consistency across presentations, marketing materials, communications, and client-facing initiatives

•        Oversee the preparation and coordination of marketing collateral for advisors and business development activities

•        Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule

•        Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives

•        Help organize and maintain marketing resources, templates, and materials

•        Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency


Client-Facing Sales Event Management

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a central role in coordinating sales-oriented events designed to support client acquisition, relationship development, and business growth. These are professional, client-facing programs that directly support the firm’s business development efforts.

Responsibilities include:

•        Coordinate all aspects of client-facing events, including planning, scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor management

•        Prepare event communications and marketing materials to support advisor outreach and client engagement

•        Manage event logistics such as registrations, materials preparation, timelines, and on-site coordination

•        Support event execution to ensure a professional and organized client experience

•        Track attendance and assist with post-event follow-up activities

•        Continuously look for ways to improve event organization, efficiency, and impact


Digital Marketing & Communications

Digital marketing supports the firm’s outreach and visibility by ensuring timely, professional communication across key platforms and channels.

Responsibilities include:

•        Support the firm’s digital presence across social media platforms and the company website

•        Assist with email communications, client-facing communications, and announcements related to events and firm initiatives

•        Help distribute and repurpose content from events, presentations, and advisor insights

•        Maintain content calendars and ensure communications are timely and consistent

•        Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest practical improvements when appropriate


Collaboration & Operational Support

•        Work closely with advisors and leadership to support client-facing and growth initiatives

•        Manage incoming marketing requests and prioritize tasks effectively

•        Maintain organization across multiple projects and deadlines

•        Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on reliability and execution

•        Demonstrate strong accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through


Required Qualifications

•        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

•        Approximately 5–7 years of marketing or related experience

•        Strong organizational and project management skills

•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•        Professional presence and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications

•        Experience coordinating client-facing or sales-oriented events

•        Experience in professional services, financial services, or business development environments

•        Experience working with external vendors or managing cross-functional projects

•        Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media, and basic analytics tools

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software


Compensation & Benefits

•        Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually

•        Bonus Potential: Performance-based discretionary bonus
