As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and bring both creativity and strategic thinking to support our continued expansion and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the North America division aligned with business objectives
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies and tactics to improve effectiveness and ROI
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns including PR, digital advertising, and social media initiatives
- Manage marketing programs and advertising campaigns within established budget guidelines
- Optimize campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Digital Presence & Analytics
- Oversee company website content, updates, and overall user experience
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics and marketing trends
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
SEO, PPC & Online Growth
- Lead SEO/SEM and PPC initiatives in collaboration with external partners
- Enhance online presence and drive targeted traffic to support business growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including sales, product development, and operations to ensure consistent messaging
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver strong, integrated B2B and eCommerce marketing communications
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on marketing and advertising activities
- Generate regular reports, analyze results, and recommend strategic improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of well-rounded marketing experience, including:
- B2B experience, preferably within manufacturing or distribution
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
