About the Role:
Our client is seeking a SharePoint Marketing Specialist to support their Engagement Team in driving digital experience, communications strategy, and brand consistency across internal platforms. This role blends marketing, SharePoint development, and project management, making it ideal for someone who can think strategically while executing hands-on deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications & Brand Strategy
- Develop and manage communication strategies and content calendars aligned with business priorities
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and digital channels
- Create and deploy multi-channel marketing assets to enhance engagement
- Promote marketing best practices and support change management initiatives
Digital Experience & SharePoint
- Lead the redesign, development, and ongoing management of SharePoint sites
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and strong self-service experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams on campaigns, launches, and internal initiatives
Project & Program Management
- Support implementation and development of CRM tools for engagement tracking
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance of marketing and communication initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or SharePoint development
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint site creation and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Airtable or similar tools)
- Background in internal communications or employee engagement initiatives
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital platforms
