We are currently undergoing a transformational $100 million campus expansion, representing a rare opportunity to lead sales and marketing for both an established, high-performing community and a major new development. Phase 1 of the project is already 85% presold and scheduled for completion in Q2 of 2027.


A Landmark Expansion Project

This expansion includes:

  • 66 new IL residences, including innovative hybrid homes
  • 30,000+ sq ft of new amenity space featuring a natatorium, bistro, library, auditorium, and additional wellness and gathering areas
  • 20,000 sq ft of fully renovated administrative and amenity space

The Role

We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Sales to lead and execute all sales and marketing strategies across both the existing campus and expansion project.


This is an on-site leadership role responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning while ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Taking an active, hands-on role in selling, with a strong focus on development and presales
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing, outreach, and lead generation initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, residents, families, and referral partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
  • Partnering closely with executive leadership and development teams throughout the expansion lifecycle
  • Utilizing CRM systems and marketing tools to track performance and optimize results


Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who combines strategic vision with personal selling expertise and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.


Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proven success in sales and sales operations, with a track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer experience and service excellence
  • Demonstrated business development capabilities and strategic growth mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in senior living or healthcare marketing strongly preferred
  • Experience within an entry fee CCRC and/or development and presales environment highly preferred
