Graphic Designer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a graphic designer with 3 or more years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity for our nonprofit client based in Charlotte, NC. This role is onsite 5 days a week. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visual assets that support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Translate campaign concepts and messaging into cohesive visual systems across multiple channels.
  • Create digital assets for web, email, social media, and digital advertising channels.
  • Design in-center print materials such as flyers, signage, brochures.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all materials by adhering to the client's brand standards and campaign guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Experience working within a project management tool.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design.

Employment Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
