Ad Sales Account Executive

Our client in the entertainment space is looking for an Associate Account Executive to support a fast-paced media sales team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to drive revenue, support client relationships, and help execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.


This is an ONSITE temp role in West Los Angeles

Duration: Up to 3 months

Pay: $56–$60/hour


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in responding to RFPs, building presentations, and developing client pitches
  • Identify new business opportunities across digital and linear media
  • Partner with marketing, insights, and planning teams to support proposals
  • Coordinate campaign setup and ensure all elements are delivered accurately
  • Work with internal teams to track performance, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support client communication, including status updates and reporting
  • Help prepare campaign recaps, performance reports, and client presentations
  • Support renewal efforts by delivering strong post-campaign insights
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, deals, and client activity


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in media, advertising, or account management
  • Experience with digital and/or traditional (linear) media
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of media math
  • Experience working with data and building client presentations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience on the agency or sales side of media
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Understanding of video advertising trends and platforms
