About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the HCM Helpdesk module. This role is critical in delivering high-quality HCM solutions, improving HR service delivery, and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation, configuration & support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Helpdesk) Gather requirements & translate business needs into technical/functional solutions Configure and optimize Helpdesk workflows, case management & service requests Provide hands-on troubleshooting and production support Create functional specs, documentation & user guides Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders Conduct training sessions & post-go-live support Stay updated with Oracle Cloud enhancements & best practices Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Mandatory: At least 1 implementation of Oracle HCM Helpdesk Strong understanding of HR processes & service delivery models Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations & reporting Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Nice to Have:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications Experience with Core HR / Talent modules gile methodology exposure Experience working with global teams Why Join?
