Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some on call after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule
About the Role Our Groundskeepers are the guardians of curb appeal and first impressions. From sunup to sundown, you'll keep the property looking its best, creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.

Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris. Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces. Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition. Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team. Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks. Other duties as needed. What We're Looking For
A keen eye for cleanliness, safety, and detail. Reliability and a strong sense of pride in your work. Friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with residents and team members. Ability to work outdoors year-round and handle light physical labor.
